What is this?

English Booster is an experimental forum (for now) started by Mireia Brau, teacher of English in Spain. While thinking of a way to put together both her wish of motivating her students to write and speak more in English (and especially want to do it!)and her everyday life interests and contacts, she came up with the idea of creating a forum where she could put in contact the teenagers she taught and all those teenagers and youngsters from around the world she had met through other forums and games online.

The main goals of the forum are three, in three different levels:

* At a general obvious level, help young non-native and native English speakers from all around the world to find a space to meet, share ideas, experiences and interests, and get to build (who knows!) friendships and inter-cultural ties.

* At a general hidden level, help young non-native English speakers (my students, but also others from all around the world) to find a fun space to use English in writing and find ideas for speaking, enjoy the language, learn and improve.

* At an individual level, for Mireia Brau to experiment how to put together professional improvement and individual interests and enjoyment, while maybe even learning a bit about forum management at the same time!
